At Chihiros Aquatic Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
